FACILITY

• 43,000 sq. ft. Fabrication Facility
• 26 ft. to 36 ft. clear ceiling height, 4 grade level oversized bay doors and dock high door
• 90 Ton overhead bridge crane including (3) 30 Ton and various jib cranes
• Plant includes Stellar’s compressor rebuild facility and parts inventory

WORK STATIONS

• Multiple workstations for metalworking: drill presses, brakes, saws, jigs, etc.
• 26 welding stations with various types of welding machines including automatic positioner type, GTAW, GMAW, SMAW or Resistance Welding
• Sand blasting booth & Painting booth

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Certified welding procedures per ASME
• Quality Control & Assurance Inspectors for piping, welding, painting, structural, mechanical and electrical
• Full time Level II weld inspector
